Finance & Strategy Associate

Own and architect the finance function for hypergrowth, partnering with founders and leadership on the numbers behind major capital, revenue, expenses, hiring, and growth decisions. Build scalable financial systems (ERP, controls, budgets), manage cash runway and liquidity, and run finance operations across A/R & A/P, compliance, transfer pricing, and VAT. Deliver investor and board reporting, support Series B prep, and produce financial models, scenario analyses, and KPI dashboards.
