Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate as guardian of the company’s financials, partnering with founders and leadership across divisions on major decisions.
  • •Design and optimize finance systems, processes, and internal controls to scale from ~70 to 200+ people.
  • •Manage cash burn and liquidity, including runway clarity and timely payables/receivables management.
  • •Run finance operations including A/R & A/P, compliance, transfer pricing, VAT, and budget setup.
  • •Own financial strategy and planning (models, scenario analyses, KPI tracking) and deliver investor/board reporting to support fundraising (Series B).

Key Requirements

  • •1–4 years of experience, ideally in investment banking, consulting, PE/VC, or a high-growth startup.
  • •Strong modeling skills including three-statement modeling, scenario analysis, and business cases.
  • •Strong analytical and communication skills to translate numbers into decisions for non-finance stakeholders.
  • •Strong SaaS metrics understanding (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, burn multiple) and familiarity with accounting.
  • •Ability to start in August and willingness to work in the UK or Belgium; fluent in English.
