Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the performance, availability, and safety of infrastructure and equipment; implement preventive and corrective maintenance policies and ensure regulatory compliance while optimizing costs.
  • •Oversee new works, capacity expansions and integration of digital solutions (GMAO, IoT, data analytics); support industrialization from design to production.
  • •Analyze performance indicators (TRS, availability, incidents) and drive digitalization to improve efficiency.
  • •Lead and develop maintenance and infrastructure teams as well as external contractors; promote a culture of prevention and excellence.
  • •Participate in the management committee, align teams with strategic objectives and foster collaboration and change management.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree or Bac +5 in a technical field
