Key Responsibilities

•Ensure the performance, availability, and safety of infrastructure and equipment; implement preventive and corrective maintenance policies and ensure regulatory compliance while optimizing costs.
•Oversee new works, capacity expansions and integration of digital solutions (GMAO, IoT, data analytics); support industrialization from design to production.
•Analyze performance indicators (TRS, availability, incidents) and drive digitalization to improve efficiency.
•Lead and develop maintenance and infrastructure teams as well as external contractors; promote a culture of prevention and excellence.
•Participate in the management committee, align teams with strategic objectives and foster collaboration and change management.

Key Requirements

•Master's degree or Bac +5 in a technical field
•minimum 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, new works, and project management
•strong experience with industrial digital tools and data analytics
•ability to lead and federate maintenance and infrastructure teams and external providers
•commitment to safety, continuous improvement and regulatory compliance
