Job Summary

Lead the strategy, commercialization, and performance management of sponsorships within CEMEA Marketing Services. Define sponsorship commercialization strategy and 3-year/2030 growth plans, set pricing guardrails and standardized methodologies, build client-ready sales plays, and optimize asset resale models. Partner with CEMEA regions, markets, Finance, and sponsorship teams to manage inventory, track pipeline and revenue reporting, identify optimization opportunities, and support renewals across CEMEA sponsorship programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive the sponsorship commercialization strategy aligned to client priorities and CEMEA sponsorship roadmap.
•Create pricing guardrails and standardized pricing methodologies with clear margin targets across sponsorship assets.
•Develop marketing services sales materials and client-ready sales plays to sell-in sponsorship programs across CEMEA.
•Design and implement frameworks for target setting, pipeline tracking, and revenue reporting with CEMEA Finance.
•Partner with sub-regions and cross-functional teams to manage sponsorship inventory, performance, and renewal strategies.

Key Requirements

•8-10+ years of relevant experience in sponsorships, partnerships, commercialization, management consulting, or related fields.
•Proven experience developing commercial strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market approaches in marketing.
•Strong financial acumen with experience in business case development, revenue modeling, and performance tracking.
•Demonstrated ability to translate strategic opportunities into scalable, revenue-generating solutions.
•Strong stakeholder management skills to influence across functions and seniority levels.
