Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a technical expert for hard cheese packaging applications for customers’ manufacturing operations across EMEA.
  • •Support customers with product selection, application optimization, and effective product commercialization.
  • •Collaborate with R&D and Product Management on product enhancements and new developments.
  • •Lead and support product qualifications, trials, and scale-ups at customer sites.
  • •Conduct packaging line, shelf-life, and performance evaluations to demonstrate quantifiable customer value and capture insights for innovation opportunities.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in application engineering, technical sales, or similar roles within flexible packaging for the hard cheese segment.
  • •Strong understanding of packaging materials and customer manufacturing processes, with the ability to translate needs into practical scalable solutions.
  • •Proven project management, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills for complex, cross-functional work.
  • •Experience leading or supporting product qualifications, trials, and scale-ups at customer sites.
  • •Willingness to travel more than 50% and work independently in an international environment.
