Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end Open PO process across Europe, including weekly reporting, tracking files, store follow-up, escalations, and a weekly Open PO status summary.
  • •Distribute weekly Trading Notes and maintain an action tracker from trading calls and meetings, tracking deadlines, following up owners, escalating overdue actions, and publishing weekly “Open Actions” summaries.
  • •Support execution and performance tracking for European campaigns and task forces (e.g., EOSS, Black Friday, Pride), including milestone tracking, stock arrival verification, launch readiness monitoring, and managing push orders/hot shipment tracking when requested.
  • •Maintain trading documentation and team resources by owning a SharePoint knowledge repository, updating guides/SOPs, creating one-page reference materials, and keeping compliance references current.
  • •Support RTV and returns governance across Europe by maintaining an RTV tracker, monitoring completion rates, following up overdue returns, supporting store queries, and running returns reporting/reviews.
