Job Summary

Support Sales Engineering by maintaining and enhancing Power BI dashboards and SE reporting for accuracy, usability, and leadership visibility. Provide first-line operational support for Salesforce (SFDC) and the SFDC-based SE toolset (Vivun), triaging change requests, troubleshooting data/field issues, and escalating strategic items. Partner with SalesOps and SE leaders to align reporting standards, validate data integrity, assist with quota planning inputs, and apply AI-assisted tools to streamline reporting and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and enhance SE Power BI dashboards to ensure reporting accuracy, usability, and alignment with SE leadership and SalesOps definitions.
•Act as first-line support for day-to-day Salesforce (including Vivun) troubleshooting, access issues, and SFDC change requests; escalate complex or strategic items to the SE Systems & Enablement lead.
•Validate data sources and ensure data integrity across recurring and ad hoc reports.
•Support analyses (e.g., trends, productivity indicators, POC volume, and regional comparisons) to help SE leaders understand operational patterns.
•Assist with data inputs for SE quota planning and annual planning cycles and contribute to AI-enabled reporting and workflow improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: RON 106,000 - 176,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, or business systems support.
•Some hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, workflow automation) and interest in building AI skills for reporting and operations.
•Practical hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including building dashboards, measures, and basic data modeling.
•Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) data structures and reporting concepts, with comfort making or coordinating basic configuration changes.
•Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to translate data into simple explanations.
