Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain cost-efficient manufacturing processes and product structures aligned with lean manufacturing practices.
  • •Drive continuous improvement across the value chain, including products, equipment, workplace design/plant layouts, and product quality and cost.
  • •Proactively solve problems using RCCA and ELSS/EQS tools; reduce process variation and analyze tolerance stack impacts.
  • •Execute Industry 4.0 strategy within Plants/Division/Corporation and support emerging/existing technology equipment planning.
  • •Implement administrative/system improvements (SAP master data, BOM, drawings/database changes) and support engineering changes and capital appropriation requests.

Key Requirements

  • •BSC or MSC in Industrial Engineering.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques (e.g., value stream mapping, one-piece flow).
  • •Understanding of problem-solving methodologies for root cause and corrective action (e.g., 8D, root cause analysis, PFMEA, control charts, Pareto charts).
  • •Proficiency with Office 365 and tools/processes for manufacturing execution, including SAP and statistical/data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, SPC/MSA concepts).
