Key Responsibilities

  • •Operationally manage an MRP (material requirement planning) based on supplier capacity and product/packaging plans.
  • •Handle supplier management: work on forecasts, manage orders with subcontractors, and monitor production and stock levels.
  • •Run weekly article catalog management, including tracking supplier delays, analyzing impacts, and implementing action plans.
  • •Manage information received from subcontractors (timing and quantities) and resolve supplier issues during warehouse receptions.
  • •Lead new product launch planning (supplier choice, quantitative scales, lead times), maintain database parameters, manage end-of-life ordering, and report on KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of experience in procurement / supply planning (approvisionnement).
  • •A higher education degree (Bac+5) in business or engineering.
  • •Rigor and strong organizational skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • •Full professional proficiency in English.
  • •Good command of Excel and PowerPoint, plus knowledge of ERP and APS / forecast management tools.
