Key Responsibilities

  • •Support full-cycle accounting including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial statement preparation.
  • •Prepare complex accounting entries for areas such as intercompany, leases, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and tax.
  • •Enhance and streamline Purchases, Payables, and Payments functions from both process and system perspectives.
  • •Assist with Revenue, Receivables, and Receipts workflows when required.
  • •Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, and support financial statement preparation, tax returns, and audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • •3+ years of accounting experience, with audit experience preferred.
  • •Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation or in the final stages of completing it.

  • •Experience with QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct is an asset.
