Manager - Central Operations Job (Dubai, AE)

Lead and manage a team of processors and authorisers to ensure efficient central operations in line with bank procedures, service standards, and regulatory requirements (including AML). Drive workflow and manpower planning to maintain adequate resourcing, uphold quality and customer service, and escalate any suspected breach, risk, or loss event immediately. Support Emiratisation goals, handle transactional processing across specified ranges, and contribute to business continuity and process improvements.
