Key Responsibilities

  • •Technically lead engineering projects and deliver end-to-end solutions for technical problems of varying complexity.
  • •Translate on-wafer performance requirements into engineering design requirements and collaborate with process and other engineering teams to meet objectives.
  • •Identify design tradeoffs and technical risks, evaluate alternatives, and select optimal design paths.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering with 5–7 years of applicable experience.
  • •Experience in semiconductor equipment design or troubleshooting.
  • •Proficiency with 3D CAD tools such as Siemens NX, Creo (Pro/ENGINEER), or SolidWorks.
  • •Experience with engineering analysis tools (e.g., ANSYS, CFD-ACE, COMSOL).
  • •Strength in at least one technical domain (thermal engineering, compressible flow, mechanical design, or machining/manufacturing processes) plus strong written/verbal communication.
