Own end-to-end design, development, and validation of hardware enabling Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) processes for advanced semiconductor manufacturing. Lead engineering projects by translating on-wafer requirements into design specifications, assessing risks and tradeoffs, and performing analyses (tolerance, thermal, structural, flow). Plan experiments, analyze data with JMP/Excel, validate with FEA/CFD and simulations, and release engineering documentation in Teamcenter while coordinating with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

•Technically lead engineering projects and deliver end-to-end solutions for technical problems of varying complexity.
•Translate on-wafer performance requirements into engineering design requirements and collaborate with process and other engineering teams to meet objectives.
•Identify design tradeoffs and technical risks, evaluate alternatives, and select optimal design paths.
•Plan and execute structured experiments and validation tests to characterize performance and establish operating windows.
•Validate solutions using first-principles calculations and simulation tools (FEA/CFD), and prepare and release engineering documentation in Teamcenter with configuration control.

Salary: USD 147,000 - 202,500 annually

Key Requirements

•PhD or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering with 5–7 years of applicable experience.
•Experience in semiconductor equipment design or troubleshooting.
•Proficiency with 3D CAD tools such as Siemens NX, Creo (Pro/ENGINEER), or SolidWorks.
•Experience with engineering analysis tools (e.g., ANSYS, CFD-ACE, COMSOL).
•Strength in at least one technical domain (thermal engineering, compressible flow, mechanical design, or machining/manufacturing processes) plus strong written/verbal communication.
