Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day leadership, engagement, and oversight of EPC/EPCI contractors and key suppliers within the assigned project delivery area.
  • •Monitor contractor compliance with contractual and project requirements, and review performance against approved schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • •Independently validate reported progress, forecasts, and schedule performance; challenge assumptions and recovery plans where appropriate.
  • •Manage cross-functional interfaces and coordinate integration across assigned project scopes, escalating material risks and concerns to the Project Director.
  • •Support governance and assurance activities, including engineering quality assurance, procurement transparency, and claims prevention/commercial risk management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years’ experience delivering major infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Project Manager, Area Manager, Package Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
  • •Proven experience delivering utility-scale energy or infrastructure projects, including EPC/EPCI delivery environments.
  • •Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and project controls.
