OBP Facilitator-HMP Dovegate (Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, GB, ST14 8XR)

Deliver accredited offending behaviour programmes to individuals and groups at HMP Dovegate, working in line with national guidelines and standards. Facilitate structured sessions using core psychological principles and motivational techniques, assess treatment readiness and responsivity needs, and maintain accurate records including session notes and post-programme reports. Support participants’ rehabilitation through positive engagement, continuous self-reflection, supervision, and required training, while contributing to establishment objectives and staff training.
