  • •Lead production activities and processes of the LTA aircraft station, supporting the rest of FAL, Flight Line, or Delivery Centre to meet production, quality, and cost targets.
  • •Coordinate industrial activities between stakeholders to ensure aircraft station activities run smoothly.
  • •Lead the cultural transformation by deploying corporate values and initiatives such as Operational Excellence System (OES), FOD prevention, Quality Excellence, and Competence Management System (ECM-QA), following ethics, compliance, and Health & Safety recommendations.
  • •Lead and develop a high-performance team, build a common vision across multifunctional teams, and engage in agile interaction with unions to anticipate concerns and find win-win solutions.
