Job Summary

Provide quality customer service by handling daily retail banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other miscellaneous payments. Serve as a first point of contact, resolve client issues, and recommend bank products or refer clients to the right teams. Maintain cash control and follow audit/security, compliance, and internal control standards while supporting ATM processing, depository verification, and dual control responsibilities.

•Handle a cash drawer and maintain proper cash control while following audit and security policies and procedures.
•Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
•Assist with daily balancing and processing of ATM(s), including verification of deposits in the night and lobby depository.
•Support dual control vault responsibilities and stay informed of operational updates to ensure guideline compliance.
•Deliver excellent client experiences, resolve client issues, assist with select service needs, and identify cross-selling opportunities by referring/promoting appropriate bank products and services.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required.

•All candidates must complete the DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment prior to application evaluation.
