Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with client relationships to ensure excellent service delivery for a book of Loan Clients in Corporate Trust.
  • •Independently manage deals, including day-to-day operations and reporting delivery to client base.
  • •Create technical report specifications from indenture language and set up payment calculations in in-house systems.
  • •Receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data; compile monthly, quarterly, and annual payment and tax reports.
  • •Perform quality control reviews and portfolio compliance tests on structured fixed income deals (trade testing), including coordinating with operations teams to ensure correct payments.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of related experience in a similar field.
  • •High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • •Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or other commercial banking products.
  • •Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, regulations, industry standards, and practices.
  • •Intermediate TranStar experience preferred; intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
