Associate Operations Manager, Operational Safety

Lead DoorDash Labs’ Operational Safety function for autonomous robotics products—owning safety systems, incident response, and SOP governance. Build and manage a team of safety specialists, define SOP strategy and compliance across programs, and establish safety KPIs and reporting for senior leadership. Oversee critical incident command, ensure rigorous root-cause analysis and corrective actions, drive cross-functional safety programs, and represent safety externally with regulators and partners.
