Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Install and replace plumbing fixtures, piping, and drainage systems in guest rooms, restrooms, kitchens, and laundry facilities.
•Perform regular inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems to identify and resolve leaks, clogs, and other issues.
•Diagnose plumbing problems and carry out repairs quickly to minimize disruption to hotel operations.
•Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies, including burst pipes and sewage issues, ensuring minimal impact on guests and operations.
•Work closely with the maintenance and engineering teams to coordinate repairs and renovations, ensuring timely completion of projects.

•Proven experience as an electrician in commercial and/or industrial electrical systems
•Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals
