Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Information Desk within a Majid Al Futtaim mall, ensuring customers receive accurate information, directions, and event updates. Handle and resolve customer complaints with courtesy and professionalism, while maintaining strong relationships with tenants and retail partners. Support the gift card program and ensure payment handling follows policies. Maintain asset knowledge and accurate inventory levels per AMBU Finance procedures.
