Draw blood from patients for testing and donation in line with professional standards and regulatory requirements. Support laboratory operations by collecting, receiving, and preparing specimens for analysis, including administrative and technical processes. Perform routine and complex blood collection procedures, prepare reagents, and provide training and support to team members. Help develop new techniques for obtaining and handling laboratory specimens.
