Key Responsibilities

  • •Stage and validate production orders, confirming inventory/materials received, work instructions, machine locations, and readiness for operators.
  • •Trim threads and excess materials from decorated/embroidered goods immediately after decoration to keep finished goods flowing.
  • •Inspect decorated pieces against job tickets for placement, adhesion, color accuracy, and overall appearance; log and hand off defects.
  • •Fold, bag, tag, or poly-bag finished goods per job ticket and specifications, ensuring presentation readiness before shipping handoff.
  • •Assist machine operators (embroidery/heat transfer/DTG/screen print) with loading, unloading, setup, and in-process support; restock supplies and maintain a clean, safe floor.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22 - 23 hourly
