Job Summary

Support Quince’s production floor as a decoration utility player, working across order staging, machine support, post-decoration finishing, and quality control. You’ll prep orders for operators, trim and inspect decorated goods, log and route defects, and package finished items per job tickets. Partner with production, warehouse/receiving, and shipping to keep high-volume workflows moving while maintaining a clean, safe, presentation-ready floor.

Key Responsibilities

•Stage and validate production orders, confirming inventory/materials received, work instructions, machine locations, and readiness for operators.
•Trim threads and excess materials from decorated/embroidered goods immediately after decoration to keep finished goods flowing.
•Inspect decorated pieces against job tickets for placement, adhesion, color accuracy, and overall appearance; log and hand off defects.
•Fold, bag, tag, or poly-bag finished goods per job ticket and specifications, ensuring presentation readiness before shipping handoff.
•Assist machine operators (embroidery/heat transfer/DTG/screen print) with loading, unloading, setup, and in-process support; restock supplies and maintain a clean, safe floor.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22 - 23 hourly

Key Requirements

•1+ year of experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment.
•Ability to stand, move, and work on your feet for 8+ hours.
•Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy and quality at a consistent production pace.
•Adaptable and self-directed—comfortable switching between tasks as priorities change.
•Reliable and punctual, able to stay focused on production schedules.
