Lead daily store operations and support the store leadership team to deliver exceptional customer engagement. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and help the store achieve sales and profit goals by tracking KPI progress. Oversee opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, merchandising standards, and inventory/shipping processes, while reinforcing loss prevention, safety, and company policies. Partner with store leadership to foster an inclusive, high-performing store culture.
