Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the Systems Engineering focal point for the program and ensure alignment to technical, cost, and schedule objectives.
  • •Lead configuration management, requirements analysis, trade studies, and interface definitions that translate customer needs into hardware and software specifications.
  • •Provide technical direction to multidisciplinary engineering teams and partner with the Program Chief Engineer or Lead Systems Engineer on execution strategy.
  • •Maintain and enforce systems engineering processes across the program lifecycle, including system specifications, design documentation, and test plans.
  • •Coordinate systems engineering activities including system design, integration, testing, verification, and conduct technical reviews and customer presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 2 years of relevant systems engineering, EW/Radar system development experience (requirements decomposition, architecture definition, and system-level integration & verification planning).
  • •Experience developing systems engineering artifacts including requirements, specifications, interface control documents (ICDs), and verification/validation (V&V) plans.
  • •Support system-level technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) and coordinate across multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required for eligibility for a security clearance.
