Partner with the Science team to translate research insights into actionable improvements that raise model performance, reliability, and real-world utility. Build evaluations, data guidelines, and synthetic testing environments, handle edge cases, and develop evaluation pipelines to assess model candidates. Collaborate closely with AI scientists to align behavior with research goals and practical needs.
