Job Summary

Apply formal change management methodologies to help clients with technology-driven transformation. Lead change management deliverables within cross-functional teams, build compelling cases for change, and coach change sponsors on messaging and influence. Set up change networks, assess readiness and adoption, analyze impacts and risks, and align stakeholders. Own communications and training plans, including development of training materials and creative content, to execute change effectively within larger programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Apply formal change methodology, models, and frameworks to support clients’ technology-driven transformation.
•Lead change management deliverables and activities within cross-functional teams.
•Create and communicate a compelling case for change; coach change sponsors and project teams on messaging and influence.
•Set up and develop a change network to champion change and enable two-way communication; align stakeholders.
•Execute change, communications, and training strategy, including measuring readiness/adoption and assessing gaps between current and future states.

Key Requirements

•Working knowledge of change management frameworks and methods.
•Expert knowledge in two or more areas of change capability, with exposure to end-to-end change initiatives in the technology space advantageous.
•Ability to lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, and learning streams of change.
•Ability to assess training needs and produce training materials, with online learning tools skills welcome.
•Experience working in multi-functional and complex teams, with effective interpersonal, structured problem-solving, and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
