Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and support enterprise J2EE-based web applications, including modern React/MFE front ends and microservices back ends.
  • •Perform production monitoring, incident troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis, maintaining ownership until resolution and setting customer expectations.
  • •Lead bug fixing and enhancements across modern and legacy systems while performing performance optimization and testing.
  • •Conduct code reviews and technical design reviews, and collaborate with QA, Product, DevOps, architects, and business teams to deliver improvements within timelines.
  • •Mentor junior team members, provide technical guidance, and maintain documentation such as troubleshooting guides, RCA reports, and runbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of production monitoring experience in Java Web/Enterprise projects.
  • •Hands-on experience developing and supporting J2EE/Java EE applications using Spring/Spring Boot and related Java frameworks.
  • •Strong React.js fundamentals and experience with workflows like Flux or Redux, plus development of reusable React components and MFE modules.
  • •Experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environments and troubleshooting/debugging of issues in production.
  • •Knowledge of SOA and web services (REST/SOAP), Spring Security/SSO, and database technologies such as Oracle/MySQL with ORM tools.
