Key Responsibilities

  • •Build reference architectures and integration patterns to support co-sell technical work across marketplace listings and joint solution briefs.
  • •Partner with cloud field and partner teams to solution for named accounts, keeping marketplace presence and co-sell technical assets current.
  • •Build and run LangChain’s services partner enablement program, including tiered certification tracks, workshops, delivery playbooks, and implementation guides.
  • •Run and deliver the partner certification program regionally, review certification projects, and work with SI centers of excellence to enable independent agentic AI delivery.
  • •Serve as a technical escalation point for partner-led deployments and represent LangChain at partner events; gather and route partner feedback to product and engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in a technical, partner-facing or customer-facing role (e.g., Partner Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Sales Engineer).
  • •A track record partnering with systems integrators, cloud providers, or technology/ISV partners from solution design through delivery.
  • •Experience building enablement programs such as certifications, workshops, or delivery playbooks for independent partner delivery.
  • •Hands-on experience building with LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, including RAG patterns and agent architecture.
  • •Strong Python skills and working knowledge of GCP and/or Azure cloud services.
