Key Responsibilities

  • •Prospect independently using referral sources, existing clients, and centers of influence.
  • •Develop and implement business plans to achieve financial goals and qualitative measurements.
  • •Partner with One Bank internal teams to create tailored relationship strategies and deepen relationships for clients and prospects.
  • •Use financial statement and credit analysis to determine credit requests to pursue, and partner with Credit on credit requests while adhering to portfolio management guidelines.
  • •Manage customer relationships to maximize opportunities and maintain credit standards and metrics for asset quality, credit administration, and RAROC.

Salary: USD 82,100 - 172,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent work experience.
  • •Minimum of 4 years of commercial banking experience, preferably at least 3 years in a sales role.
  • •Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience, with ability to structure moderately complex financial situations.
  • •Strong business acumen, including detailed analysis and review of financial statements with understanding of accounting principles.
  • •Proven ability to build new and existing client business, translate to increased revenue, and deliver a positive client experience using consultative sales and CRM tools.
