Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a strong floor presence by driving sales and providing excellent customer service for Apple device needs.
  • •Deliver practical advice and technical support, ensuring customers get quick solutions in line with Apple’s guidelines.
  • •Manage assigned repair jobs and prepare refurbished iPhones and other Apple products while keeping worksheets updated.
  • •Evaluate system configuration and software updates to effectively use hardware resources.
  • •Handle walk-in service intake and related processes, including retailer unit intake, database updates, spare parts and inventory management, and payment transactions.
