Middle School Counselor

Deliver comprehensive school counseling for middle school students through a preventive, student-centered program that supports academic success, social and emotional development, and college and career planning. Conduct quarterly caseload meetings to review graduation plans and post-secondary options, analyze student data to drive intervention actions, and provide short-term counseling plus referrals as needed. Partner with teaching staff to build four-year graduation plans, support standardized testing and staff/parent education, and help students with course placement and goal setting.
