Job Summary

Own a portfolio of strategic Fashion partners for TikTok Shop in France, onboarding and scaling merchants through TikTok’s content and social commerce ecosystem. Create and execute partner growth plans across assortment, content, creators, pricing, logistics, and campaigns, while driving revenue and GMV targets using data, experimentation, and iteration. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Ops, Marketing, Creator, and Policy teams, analyze fashion market trends, and lead internal initiatives for the fashion ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

•Source and onboard strategic Fashion merchants in France, building onboarding solutions and supporting mid- to long-term growth.
•Design and execute growth plans covering assortment, content, creators, pricing, logistics, and campaigns.
•Own revenue and GMV targets and drive performance through data, experimentation, and iteration.
•Work cross-functionally with Product, Ops, Marketing, Creator, and Policy teams to improve merchant and user experience.
•Analyze fashion market trends and lead internal projects including campaigns, product launches, and B2B marketing.

Key Requirements

•Relevant work experience in Business Development, Account Management, Content Creation, Social Media Marketing, or equivalent fields.
•Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication with a customer-service orientation in a client-facing role.
•Strong sense of social content.
•Deep understanding of the fashion market, trends, and creators ecosystem (ideally across Europe, UK, and US as well).
•Fluent in English and French to communicate with stakeholders.
