Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess and resolve product and process issues throughout the product lifecycle using Boeing design principles.
  • •Analyze design non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and develop engineering dispositions.
  • •Investigate technical/operational/quality issues not addressed by standard processes and develop interim and final engineering solutions.
  • •Identify, document, and evaluate problems and deviations affecting design intent, product integrity, or safety; recommend corrective actions.
  • •Support MRBs and design reviews, and perform structural repair analysis (including simple static strength analysis) and develop non-destructive test procedures and standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry (or non-US equivalent) related to the work statement.
  • •5+ years work-related experience with a Bachelors degree (or an equivalent combination of work-related experience and technical education).
  • •Experience performing Material Review Board (MRB) product review.
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (Secret) post-start.
  • •Meet U.S. export control compliance requirements for a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62.
