  • •Identify limitations of vendor products and drive engineering work to build extensions, workarounds, and platform capabilities that keep systems healthy and performant.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience managing and scaling GitHub in a large engineering organization, including understanding its internals and operating it at scale.
  • •Experience leading large-scale migrations and managing technical and organizational challenges.
  • •Hands-on background in CI infrastructure, including platforms such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Buildkite, or similar.
  • •Strong technical judgment to engage with engineers on architecture decisions and tradeoffs between velocity, reliability, and cost.
