•Lead and grow a team of engineers responsible for Netflix’s SCM, artifact, and CI infrastructure.
•Own strategy for build, CI, and SCM systems, driving reliability, efficiency, and scale across the build ecosystem.
•Develop the next-generation CI platform on GitHub Cloud and GitHub Actions, coordinating across hundreds of engineering teams with minimal disruption.
•Identify limitations of vendor products and drive engineering work to build extensions, workarounds, and platform capabilities that keep systems healthy and performant.
•Partner with engineering teams to understand build and CI needs and guide multi-phase migrations with minimal disruption.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 436,000 - 791,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated experience managing and scaling GitHub in a large engineering organization, including understanding its internals and operating it at scale.
•Experience leading large-scale migrations and managing technical and organizational challenges.
•Hands-on background in CI infrastructure, including platforms such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Buildkite, or similar.
•Strong technical judgment to engage with engineers on architecture decisions and tradeoffs between velocity, reliability, and cost.
•Ability to build trust and alignment with diverse internal stakeholders and drive pragmatic outcomes (build/buy/migrate).
