  • •Lead, coach, mentor, and develop warehouse associates through feedback, performance evaluations, recognition, and corrective action.
  • •Maintain appropriate staffing levels by managing attendance, scheduling, labor allocation, cross-training, and overtime.
  • •Direct daily warehouse operations to meet safety, quality, productivity, and service goals.
  • •Use WMS/WCS to monitor workflow, prioritize work, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • •Monitor and drive KPIs (UPH, order accuracy, productivity, labor utilization, inventory accuracy, safety, attendance, overtime, and quality).

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics leadership experience.
  • •Experience leading hourly associates in a fast-paced environment.
  • •High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (HighJump preferred).
  • •Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
