Lead daily warehouse operations for an assigned department within a distribution center during the Friday–Sunday B shift. Provide direct people leadership to warehouse associates while driving safety, operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Manage staffing, coaching, and performance through KPI tracking and disciplined execution. Use WMS/WCS to monitor workflow and resolve bottlenecks, partner with cross-functional teams to improve throughput, and lead Lean-based process improvements.

•Lead, coach, mentor, and develop warehouse associates through feedback, performance evaluations, recognition, and corrective action.
•Maintain appropriate staffing levels by managing attendance, scheduling, labor allocation, cross-training, and overtime.
•Direct daily warehouse operations to meet safety, quality, productivity, and service goals.
•Use WMS/WCS to monitor workflow, prioritize work, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
•Monitor and drive KPIs (UPH, order accuracy, productivity, labor utilization, inventory accuracy, safety, attendance, overtime, and quality).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 27.74 - 32.26

Key Requirements

•3+ years of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics leadership experience.
•Experience leading hourly associates in a fast-paced environment.
•High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
•Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (HighJump preferred).
•Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
