Drive in-store sales for ALO by delivering the brand’s guest experience standards through genuine connection, product education, and community storytelling. Lead Flow initiatives to exceed store goals, manage customer relationships daily, and analyze reports with store leadership to support action plans. Ensure strong sales floor coverage, follow store policies and procedures, and maintain excellent product flow including shipment processing and replenishment.
