Universal Banker - Part Time (20 hrs.) - Hyattsville

Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while delivering a high-quality customer experience in a retail community bank. Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, online, and mobile banking), support outreach through outbound calls, and help with integrated relationship management activities. Handle new account openings and problem resolution, adhere to internal controls and risk management policies, and continually build product and sales/service knowledge through training and routines.
