Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure an effective employee-driven safety culture and promote safe, efficient maintenance and repair practices.
  • •Collaborate with equipment and procurement stakeholders to manage asset procurement/disposal, maintenance, and total cost of ownership.
  • •Partner with Finance on CapEx planning, budgeting, and equipment financials, dashboards, metrics, and reports.
  • •Improve equipment performance and capacity by optimizing operating conditions at sites and maximizing equipment life while reducing downtime.
  • •Train, mentor, and coach division equipment leaders; support the development and implementation of shop and equipment excellence programs using CMMS/EAM and related initiatives.
