Key Requirements

  • •Studying toward a degree such as Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • •Available for a minimum 6-month placement (39.5 hours per week) and able to sign a tri-party agreement with SAP (required by Spanish law).
  • •High level of Business English (verbal and written); Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
  • •Experience or strong interest in event planning and management.
  • •Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (Canva or video creation tools are a plus).
