Counsel – Settlement Team

Lead complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlement matters end-to-end—from initial negotiations through final claim resolution and program closure. Serve as primary legal and operations lead, partnering with plaintiffs’ counsel to draft, review, and finalize settlement documents while resolving claimant disputes. Manage teams supporting claims review, perform data analysis and reporting, and oversee settlement implementation, claims administration, workflow, and quality assurance.
