Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide one-on-one, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Follow BCBA-designed behavior intervention plans, collect and record data on client progress and behaviors, and participate in supervision, training, and team meetings. This part-time role supports families through hands-on therapy in Sammamish and Redmond, with competitive hourly pay and training support toward RBT certification.
