Key Responsibilities

•Load and unload grain and agronomy/feed products, including handling bulk and packaged materials using heavy/light duty machinery.
•Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs and properly record daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks.
•Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and connecting/detaching hoses.
•Control and monitor load-out functions, operate automated scale/dump systems, and monitor product quality of inventory.
•Maintain a clean, safe work environment, perform grounds/warehouse tasks (including snow removal), and report safety concerns, complaints, and maintenance needs.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
•Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
•Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
•High school diploma or GED preferred.
•CDL license or ability to obtain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred; forklift certification preferred.
