Key Responsibilities

  • •Load and unload grain and agronomy/feed products, including handling bulk and packaged materials using heavy/light duty machinery.
  • •Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs and properly record daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and connecting/detaching hoses.
  • •Control and monitor load-out functions, operate automated scale/dump systems, and monitor product quality of inventory.
  • •Maintain a clean, safe work environment, perform grounds/warehouse tasks (including snow removal), and report safety concerns, complaints, and maintenance needs.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
