Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely load and unload goods using lift/clamp trucks and prepare materials for storage or shipment.
  • •Read work orders/oral instructions, move rolls/pallets throughout the facility, and ensure correct loading, strapping/bracing, and labeling.
  • •Support press operations by setting up roll stock for job changes, keeping packing materials available, and completing labels/samples properly.
  • •Prepare finished goods for storage and shipment (corner boards, wooden tops, trays, wrapping, applying labels, Bills of Lading, and entering info into Pecas).
  • •Maintain baler room support and cleanliness, including bales removal, weighing/loading, waste handling, and forklift operations and inspections as required.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 years of related production experience or training.
  • •Forklift certification and maintenance of safety training for operating company equipment.
  • •Very good mechanical and physical ability, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • •Good mathematical skills for adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in different units of measure.
