Quality Assurance Coordinator

Ensure “first time right” quality in the detail shop by inspecting each team member’s work, communicating quality expectations, and identifying vehicles that don’t meet company standards. Train detailers on standard operating procedures, assist on the detail line with final tasks, and maintain a clean, safe, orderly work environment. Log inspection results into computer systems, photograph vehicles per standards, stage inventory, and support reporting and equipment maintenance needs.
