Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote a safety-first culture through hazard identification, continuous improvement, and active participation in safety audits and committees.
  • •Develop daily schedules and assign employees based on workload while ensuring clear, legible operational documentation.
  • •Ensure routings are properly closed out for operational steps and maintain employee training and qualifications, identifying gaps.
  • •Develop best practices and document new and tribal knowledge across direct-responsibility valve assembly areas.
  • •Periodically evaluate performance, support cross-training, lead problem-solving for valve assembly issues, and assist with equipment and staffing decisions.
