Job Summary

Lead financial governance for the Marketing Ops function, partnering with Sales, Marketing and cross-functional teams to manage program and product accounting, SOX/compliance, month-end close and financial reporting. Drive process improvements, forecast accuracy, and budget tracking while coordinating with international stakeholders in a hybrid, Malaysia-based setting.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to support the execution and governance of marketing activities and initiatives.
•Provide operational and strategic support by identifying opportunities to enhance marketing proof validation and process effectiveness
•Lead stakeholder engagement through recurring governance and operational review meetings to prioritize deliverables, address escalations, and drive execution.
•Prepare and present operational updates, budget tracking, expense monitoring, forecasts, and key performance metrics to leadership teams.
•Oversee tracking and forecasting processes related to marketing proof identification and accrual management to support financial planning and business visibility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: MYR 101,500 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Finance or accounting experience within a corporate setting (finance/professional experience)
•Experience with percentage of completion accounting
•Knowledge of accounting/financial systems and controls
•Strong communications skills and experience working with international teams
•Demonstrated problem-solving ability and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Excel)
