•Engage new, inactive, and prospective consignor clients through daily outreach and in-home appointments to generate consignment activity and reactivation.
•Build and manage pipeline by sourcing new leads, reactivating lapsed consignors, and converting marketing-qualified leads into active consignors using Salesforce.
•Meet or exceed monthly quotas by driving new business growth, reactivation results, and key performance metrics that contribute to revenue growth.
•Deliver a high-touch, white-glove consignment experience by presenting and reviewing consignment contracts and setting pricing expectations using luxury market expertise.
•Coordinate consignment procurement and logistics by overseeing end-to-end item pickup and shipment to RealReal e-commerce centers, partnering with Retail and Consignor Relations.

•Exceptional rapport-building skills and effective communication with discerning clientele about high-value goods/services.
•Able to travel more than 70% within the designated market and lift up to 25 lbs; must reside in the assigned territory and have a valid driver’s license (except in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Chicago markets).
