Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a consolidated, bottoms-up three-statement operating model and the budgeting process that supports it.
  • •Lead revenue and cash forecasting and manage toward key operating metrics (burn multiple, Rule of 40, efficiency).
  • •Own and operate the Financial OS used for reporting and forecasting, expanding it as the team scales.
  • •Run the corporate FP&A cadence, including review of actuals and maintaining clean version-over-version change management.
  • •Partner with leadership and Accounting to drive aligned planning and financial storytelling, including board materials and sales-comp design/administration.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12 years in FP&A or corporate finance, with experience owning the model and cadence in a high-growth environment.
  • •Strong understanding of three-statement operating models and robust budgeting processes.
  • •Experience with revenue and cash forecasting using real rigor and cross-functional partnership.
  • •AI-fluent with hands-on ability to extend in-house tooling (data, APIs, SQL, automation) and defend numbers when models help.
  • •Hands-on experience with planning systems (e.g., Anaplan, Planful, Pigment) including data models, rollups, cadence, and adoption.
