Senior Agent Product Manager

Lead complex, multi-stakeholder customer implementations end-to-end, including new specialties, new products, and multi-site rollouts. Own strategic customer relationships and manage challenging conversations during deployment. Analyze user behavior and customer outcomes to drive high-impact product improvements with engineering and product teams. Build scalable processes and automation tools from scratch, partner with an Operations Analyst team on QA/QC and reporting, and collaborate with engineering on dashboards and decision tooling.
