  • •Experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder implementations end-to-end, including enterprise/MSO/health system dynamics.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills, including leading difficult customer conversations.
  • •Strong analytical skills to identify trends across a customer portfolio and present findings to senior leadership.
