Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • •Design and implement frontend and backend test automation solutions and integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and faster feedback.
  • •Leverage AI-assisted development and testing tools to improve automation efficiency, software quality, productivity, and innovation across the software delivery lifecycle.
  • •Execute, monitor, and analyze automated test results, providing status reports, actionable insights, and timely defect reporting to stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate with development and product teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects throughout the SDLC while adhering to quality, security, and performance best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on test automation.
  • •Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks for frontend and backend applications.
  • •Proficiency with AI-powered developer/testing assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude) to accelerate test automation and validate AI-generated solutions.
  • •Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, WebDriverIO, Karate, Cucumber, TestNG, or Cypress.
  • •Strong programming skills (Java/Kotlin, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar), including experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL, plus API testing experience (REST Assured, Karate, Postman, or equivalent).
