Job Summary

Sr. Liquidity Product Manager responsible for a portfolio of deposit products and liquidity services, partnering with stakeholders on strategy, execution, pricing, risk, and governance. Lead product lifecycle from concept to delivery, drive revenue and client value propositions, manage documentation, and coordinate with risk, finance, operations, and sales to support Citizens Bank’s liquidity initiatives.

•Develop deep expertise in assigned deposit products and liquidity services, including design, delivery, client value propositions, and revenue drivers.
•Lead product lifecycle management, including insights gathering, strategy development, budget, prioritization, and execution through partners.
•Serve as the key point of contact for all things related to the assigned product portfolio.
•Lead in creating and maintaining up-to-date product and services documentation to support design and delivery.
•Drive strong risk management practices related to product design and delivery and support risk reviews, audits, testing, and remediation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 163,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8-10+ years of experience in financial services, with ownership of deposit products, liquidity, or related product disciplines
•Bachelor's degree required and study level: Bachelor’s Degree
•Strong ability to partner with Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Treasury, Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams
•Experience leading product lifecycle management, including insights gathering, strategy development, budgeting, prioritization, and execution
•Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
